Job Responsibility

Monitor and coordinate all Entry-into-Service support activities
Monitor and communicate Entry into Service delivery skylines to management and Business Aircraft stakeholders
Collaborate with the Customer Response Team, Sales & Contracts, Customer Support and Customer Account Management organizations to ensure customer operational needs and challenges are well understood and act accordingly to fulfill their requirements
Interface with the cross-functional departments to establish the budgets and strategic plan for implementing Entry-into-Service project initiatives
Manage project activities in terms of deliverables, cost and billing reconciliation
Initiate and maintain performance matrix (governance) pertaining to the departmental objectives/results
Monitor the budgetary aspects of all Entry-into-Service activities and report accordingly

Job Responsibility

Carrying out the check measure of plots three weeks before delivery for standard product and five weeks before delivery for non-standard product
Reporting and documenting any findings directly to the customer via IMS documentation
Submitting approved marked up revisions to the Design Office
Carrying out the readiness inspection of plots to ensure that when materials arrive on site they can be fitted without delay
Inspecting the delivery and offload route a week prior to delivery, reporting back any issues to the National Project Manager
Carrying out week of delivery checks on plots to ensure that they have progressed to a level which enables company materials to be fitted
Maintaining a site activity folder throughout the life of allocated projects
