Job Description

Are you an experienced SAP Project Manager ready to lead a high-impact S/4HANA digitalization journey? Randstad is currently seeking a driven and senior SAP IT Project Manager on 50% for an exciting consulting assignment in Gothenburg on behalf of our client, Mölnlycke Health Care. You will play a key role within the Global IT organization, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of a critical Material Management initiative.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead implementation: Drive the first implementation/pilot through all SAP Activate phases
  • Project governance: Own project planning, scope, timelines, resource allocation, and RAID management
  • Design facilitation: Facilitate design workshops and ensure alignment with solution architects in Manufacturing and Finance
  • Integration oversight: Manage integration across MM, PP, EWM, Finance, and Master Data, including Business Network solutions
  • Stakeholder & vendor management: Proactively manage external partners and internal stakeholders across the organization
  • Deployment readiness: Ensure robust cutover planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and hypercare readiness for a successful production go-live in late 2026

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in SAP contexts, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations of similar projects
  • Strong background in SAP S/4HANA and proven experience with S/4HANA Procurement and EWM rollouts
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with the SAP Activate project management methodology
  • Proven success in leading implementations for large-scale global organizations
  • Preferred certifications include PMI-PMP and SAP Activate Project Manager
  • Ability to travel to the US 2–4 times during 2026
  • US Visa eligibility is required
