Job Responsibility

  • Manage the implementation of MES projects and the company’s suite of products
  • Support the implementation teams and sales
  • Work with the team to deliver system solutions to customers
  • Manage the development team as they work on a project
  • Monitor and check the progress of work
  • Participate in the preparation of sales proposals
  • Help the customer by meeting their needs, and provide documentation related to the customer’s requests
  • Organise and conduct customer design sessions in order to formulate and record customer solutions, in line with satisfactory standards
  • Represent the Subject Matter Expert in the development and deployment phases of the project
  • Provide on-site training for the customer
  • Inform internal teams of product requests identified in the market
  • Budget management of orders

Requirements

  • Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent
  • Solid knowledge of industrial production and quality processes
