This role is critical in driving smart parcel locker deployments that redefine consumer convenience and sustainability. Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects focused on the deployment of smart parcel lockers, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Coordinate with manufacturing, IT, and logistics teams to develop and execute project timelines effectively
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear communication and addressing project needs to ensure successful delivery
Monitor project health and manage competing priorities, employing high-level problem-solving skills
Engage with senior leadership to align project objectives with strategic goals and timelines, ensuring management support and resources
Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence to track project progress, enhance collaboration, and streamline workflows

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience managing IT or product deployment projects
Experience working with hardware/software integration projects (e.g., IoT, smart devices)
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across manufacturing, IT, and logistics to deliver on time
Fluency in English
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills across all levels of the organization
Solutions-oriented mindset with a drive to deliver measurable results
