Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in the Investment domain, ideally having worked with major investment management firms or investment arms of large financial institutions in the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects related to investment operations, portfolio management, performance reporting, and regulatory initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the delivery of strategic projects in the investment management domain, such as portfolio accounting, asset allocation, compliance, performance reporting, and client reporting initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Portfolio Managers, Operations, Compliance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met
  • Drive end-to-end project management: planning, budgeting, execution, risk management, and reporting
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables within tight timelines and regulatory expectations
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including both onshore and offshore resources
  • Ensure alignment of project goals with overall investment business strategy
  • Present status updates to senior leadership and manage project governance routines

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the Investment domain (e.g., Asset Management, Investment Management, Wealth Management, Institutional Investing)
  • Proven experience working with major U.S.-based investment institutions such as BlackRock, Vanguard, Fidelity, JPMorgan Asset Management, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, etc.
  • Deep understanding of investment products (mutual funds, ETFs, fixed income, equities, alternatives)
  • Solid knowledge of investment operations and front-to-back office workflows
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience using tools like JIRA, MS Project, Excel, and Confluence
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
