Job Description

Our confidential banking client, in Toronto, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a complex, multi-stream integration program. This HYBRID role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and third-party stakeholders and requires a strong technology delivery background with the ability to engage confidently in technical discussions.

Job Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end delivery planning across multiple business streams
  • Manage requirements intake and cross-functional dependencies
  • Lead program governance including RAID management and executive status reporting
  • Coordinate planning activities across APIs, ETL processes, Kafka, and AWS environments
  • Ensure user stories are appropriately defined prior to sprint execution
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery risks and blockers
  • Drive collaboration across business, technical, and vendor teams

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Project or Program Management experience within technology delivery environments
  • Proven experience delivering system integration initiatives involving APIs, ETL, and event-driven architectures
  • Ability to understand architecture diagrams, API specifications, and technical documentation
  • Strong risk, dependency, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tools

Nice to have

  • Banking or financial services experience
  • Exposure to AWS services, Kafka, and data pipeline delivery
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and external delivery partners
