The Project Manager will organize, manage, and plan complex architectural and engineering projects for clients of the Company. They will ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Job Responsibility:
Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications and with accuracy and efficiency
Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints
Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegate workflow accordingly
Conduct risk assessments
reports identified risks to management
provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate)
Develops project scopes, schedules, and objectives involving a cross-disciplinary team
Addresses questions, concerns, and/or conflicts throughout the project
Acts as a liaison between company, clients, and vendors
Communicate and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide information required to develop proposals in pursuit of new projects
Works with construction administration teams to ensure project designs are properly executed
Ensures compliance with federal, state local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices
Perform other related duties as assigned
Travel: 10% up to 25% at times
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or similar related field. In lieu of a degree, years of experience will be considered
Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA)
Minimum 5 years in a senior level Project/Program Management role within the Architecture or Engineering discipline
PMP, PgMP, CAPM or similar certification preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the projects being developed
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in Revit, VantagePoint or other Resource Planning and scheduling software
Willingness and interest in mentoring and developing rising architects and engineers
Nice to have:
PMP, PgMP, CAPM or similar certification preferred
