Project Manager – HRIS

• Lead post-implementation follow-up and continuous improvement of SmartRecruiters
• Support the enhancement of our global HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors)
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and external partners across regions
• Monitor system performance, milestones, and user satisfaction
• Ensure standardized and compliant workflows across all countries
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to drive process improvements
• Act as the main contact for SmartRecruiters-related issues and updates
• Contribute to the global SuccessFactors project
• Manage system configurations, roles, and permissions
• Support testing and deployment of new features
• Design and deliver training for HR teams and hiring managers
• Promote system adoption and best practices across the organization

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in HRIS or HR transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, especially recruitment and talent management
• Hands-on experience with SmartRecruiters or similar ATS platforms
• Fluent in English
• Spanish or French is a plus
• Solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors
• Comfortable working in a remote, multicultural environment
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong ownership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies
• Familiarity with GDPR and international data privacy regulations
