Job Description

Core Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end manufacturing project execution from order release till shipment & installation. Coordinate with Operations, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Procurement & Commercial teams. Develop and monitor production schedules aligned with customer delivery timelines. Handle project execution tracking, expediting activities, and delivery management. Review BOMs, engineering drawings, Weld Maps, WPS/PQR and customer specifications. Manage customer communication, project reviews, escalations, and status reporting. Coordinate subcontract manufacturing activities, vendor follow-ups, and lead time tracking. Handle contract administration activities including invoicing, change orders, LC handling & shipment documentation. Support logistics coordination, shipment planning, and installation-related activities. Identify project risks, delays, and operational bottlenecks and drive corrective actions. Prepare MIS reports, project dashboards, and management updates.
