Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the global rollout of an IT Service Management (ITSM) platform (ServiceNow) across multiple regions, including North America, Japan, South America, AO, and Europe. This role will be responsible for day‑to‑day program execution, cross‑regional coordination, stakeholder communication, and delivery of all program milestones. The Project Manager will serve as a central point of coordination across global teams and leadership. Due to the global scope, this role requires flexibility to support early‑morning and late‑evening meetings and may involve coordinating real‑time translation support.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and maintain the global project plan, including timelines, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables
  • Lead end‑to‑end execution across regions and functional workstreams
  • Prepare and distribute program documentation, status reports, and leadership updates
  • Facilitate and lead cross‑regional meetings across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate real‑time translation or interpretation support as needed
  • Serve as a central communication hub for global teams and leadership stakeholders
  • Track and manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)
  • Escalate blockers and risks promptly to ensure timely resolution
  • Ensure alignment with governance processes and cross‑regional prioritization
  • Prepare decision decks, evaluation materials, and executive summaries for approval cycles
  • Host monthly Executive Status / Awareness meetings
  • Translate complex program details into concise, executive‑ready messaging
  • Partner with IT leadership, technical leads, regional operations teams, and business owners
  • Ensure alignment on requirements, regional impacts, and rollout readiness
  • Support collaboration across diverse, multicultural global teams

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of project or program management experience supporting global IT or enterprise platform implementations
  • Proven experience coordinating across multiple regions and time zones
  • Ability to navigate language and cultural barriers
  • Strong organizational, communication, and executive‑level presentation skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project required)
  • ServiceNow experience required
  • Familiarity with ITSM / ITIL‑aligned processes preferred
  • Ability to be onsite in Marysville, OH four (4) days per week

Nice to have

  • Experience with real‑time translation support is a plus
  • PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification
  • Experience supporting global IT operations or platform transformation initiatives
  • Prior experience working with Japan and AO teams, with comfort navigating regional cultural norms
