The IT Project Manager will lead large‑scale ERP implementations with a strong focus on procurement and Procure‑to‑Pay systems. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and post‑implementation support across enterprise environments.
Job Responsibility:
Lead full lifecycle ERP implementation projects, including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization
Manage procurement and Procure‑to‑Pay system implementations and enhancements
Coordinate cross‑functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis with business partners
Oversee system integrations between ERP, procurement, and downstream systems
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Track project progress and provide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
Manage change management, communication plans, and user readiness activities
Support testing phases including system, integration, and user acceptance testing
Ensure adherence to enterprise project governance, controls, and documentation standards
Requirements:
7+ years of IT project management experience
Proven experience leading large ERP implementations
Hands‑on experience with procurement and Procure‑to‑Pay systems
Strong understanding of ERP modules related to finance, procurement, and supply chain
Experience managing system integrators and third‑party vendors
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Strong risk management, planning, and organizational skills
Nice to have:
Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics
Experience with procurement tools such as Ariba or similar platforms
