Job Description

The IT Project Manager will lead large‑scale ERP implementations with a strong focus on procurement and Procure‑to‑Pay systems. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and post‑implementation support across enterprise environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead full lifecycle ERP implementation projects, including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization
  • Manage procurement and Procure‑to‑Pay system implementations and enhancements
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis with business partners
  • Oversee system integrations between ERP, procurement, and downstream systems
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Track project progress and provide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
  • Manage change management, communication plans, and user readiness activities
  • Support testing phases including system, integration, and user acceptance testing
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise project governance, controls, and documentation standards

Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT project management experience
  • Proven experience leading large ERP implementations
  • Hands‑on experience with procurement and Procure‑to‑Pay systems
  • Strong understanding of ERP modules related to finance, procurement, and supply chain
  • Experience managing system integrators and third‑party vendors
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Strong risk management, planning, and organizational skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience with procurement tools such as Ariba or similar platforms
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications
