Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of progressive project management experience (mid to senior level)
  • 3+ years leading cross-functional, client-facing or stakeholder-heavy projects
  • Experience delivering IT projects within healthcare or healthcare-adjacent environments
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SDLC)
  • Experience managing enterprise software implementations and integrations
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with Epic systems (direct or adjacent), particularly within Revenue Cycle modules (e.g., Resolute, Cadence, Prelude, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in a healthcare setting, including billing, claims, and reimbursement workflows
  • Exposure to revenue cycle optimization, financial systems, or healthcare operations transformation initiatives
