As a Project Manager with Medius Professional Services, you’ll lead end-to-end implementations of our cloud-based spend management solutions for customers across national and global markets. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, driving project success through clear communication, strong collaboration, and effective delivery within scope, time, and budget. Your work will combine classic project management with hands-on involvement in our applications, ensuring you deeply understand the solutions you’re helping to deliver.
Job Responsibility:
Lead implementation projects from planning to delivery, managing scope, resources, timelines, and budgets
Act as the main customer contact, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across teams
Motivate and guide project teams to achieve successful outcomes
Facilitate workshops and guide customers toward best-practice solutions
Produce and maintain project documentation, including specifications and change requests
Report progress to stakeholders and ensure adherence to project methodology and tools
Requirements:
2+ years of project management experience, ideally in IT or SaaS environments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Business-minded, results-driven, and highly organized
The ability to manage several parallel tasks with good quality, control and attention to detail
General understanding of IT systems and willingness to travel occasionally to client and/or company sites
Nice to have:
Experience implementing software or cloud-based SaaS solutions
Familiarity with spend management or S2P/P2P processes
Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Infor M3
