Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various client projects from inception to completion. You will act as the main point of contact between clients and the agency, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, managing budgets, and allocating resources effectively and must ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, web developers, and marketers, to ensure seamless project execution. Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate them. Additionally, you are responsible for reporting project status to clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. You must also possess excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Experience with project management tools and methodologies, as well as a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques, is crucial for success in this role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Manage project scope, objectives, and resource availability to ensure all aspects of the project are delivered on time and within budget
  • Use project management tools to track progress and provide detailed reports to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to manage expectations and provide updates
  • Facilitate meetings with clients to discuss project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and marketers, to ensure cohesive project execution
  • Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and efficiency in the workflow
  • Motivate and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with client expectations
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of project processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and resource optimization
  • Monitor and report on project financials, making adjustments as necessary to stay within budget
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present detailed project reports, including status updates, budget summaries, and performance metrics
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all project-related activities, decisions, and changes

Requirements:

  • Exposure to all core areas of digital marketing like marketing analytics, social media analytics, display marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, web application, etc
  • Strong understanding of digital concepts and proven ability to apply them effectively
  • Strong understanding of marketing/ digital marketing best practices
  • Excellent presentation skills with proven success in presenting ideas to clients in North America
  • Exceptional communication skills – both oral and written
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated and action-oriented
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver great work
  • Ideally, 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the Project Manager role / 2 to 5 years in Project Manager Operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Basecamp) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on collaboration and motivation
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Nice to have:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with web development processes and tools
