Job Description:

Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate digital transformation initiatives within a Manufacturing Lean program. This role will drive the implementation of digital solution that enable operational excellence, standardization, and performance visibility across our manufacturing sites. From digital checklists to automated workflows in order to help Supply Chain Manufacturing business in the digitalization of Daily Management Systems and with that to increase adoption of operational processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end‑to‑end project management for Manufacturing Lean digital solution in scope, ensuring alignment with operational goals and timelines
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Operations, IT, Process Owners), both internal and external
  • Define project scope, requirements, and milestones
  • manage risks, budgets, vendors, and dependencies
  • Support design, rollout, and adoption of digital tools that enhance efficiency, standard work, and performance tracking
  • Ensure robust change management, user readiness, and documentation
  • Provide regular status updates and stakeholder communication
  • Comply with and enforce standard company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally within manufacturing, industrial operations, or digital transformation environments
  • Solid understanding of Lean principles, manufacturing workflows, and continuous improvement frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and vendor‑coordination skills
  • Ability to work in fast‑paced, multi-site environments
  • 3+ years of IT project management / program management, including financial and schedule performance reporting
  • Experience in all phases of systems development from concept through installation and maintenance
  • Important to have worked on the functional area in scope, that is Manufacturing Lean Processes
  • Advanced proficiency in project management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) as it would require multiple teams & stakeholders management
  • Experience in sector/international environments as scope is across Europe sector

Nice to have:

  • Experience with IWS (Integrated Work System) methodology, is a significant plus
  • Familiarity with OT/IT integration, production systems, or manufacturing analytics platforms
