Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in design development, construction administration, and full lifecycle project execution. This individual will coordinate and lead complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering successful outcomes. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing cross-functional teams, optimizing project workflows, and leveraging modern project management platforms.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and oversee the full lifecycle of assigned projects/programs, ensuring successful delivery from design development through construction administration and close-out
  • Lead cross-functional teams, assign responsibilities, and drive accountability to meet deadlines and milestones
  • Manage and optimize project execution processes, including schedule planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, workflow development, and documentation
  • Utilize and enhance project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Procore, and other related tools to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy
  • Prepare and deliver detailed project updates, dashboards, and executive-level reports for leadership and key stakeholders
  • Apply extensive experience, judgment, and decision‑making to accomplish project objectives and resolve issues proactively
  • Direct and oversee the work of others while fostering collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement
  • Perform a variety of complex tasks, often requiring innovation, adaptability, and strategic thinking

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant (construction or design development environment) project management experience
  • Proven ability to lead projects/programs end-to-end and manage all aspects of project delivery
  • Hands-on experience with design development, construction administration, and related processes
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Smartsheet, Procore, or similar systems for project execution and optimization

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-department coordination
  • Quantifiable achievements in project delivery (timeline improvements, cost savings, risk reduction, quality metrics, etc.)
  • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and project close-out processes
  • Advanced experience using multiple project management platforms/tools
  • History of progressive responsibility within project management or project coordination roles
  • Experience in strategic decision-making, team development, and mentoring
  • Ability to prepare clear, data-driven reports and present recommendations to leadership
