Job Description

Seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of data analytics and technology initiatives within a healthcare provider environment. This role is responsible for managing complex projects that support analytics, reporting, and operational insights across clinical and operational teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics and technology initiatives within a healthcare environment
  • Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinate work across data teams, analysts, business stakeholders, and technical teams
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives
  • Translate business requirements into structured project plans and actionable tasks
  • Maintain project documentation including charters, status reports, and PMO artifacts
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve project blockers
  • Support collaboration across clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements

  • Experience working within healthcare provider organizations (ambulatory, hospital, or post-acute care environments)
  • Experience managing technical or data analytics projects, including analytics platforms, reporting initiatives, or data-driven programs
  • 6+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale, complex initiatives
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, clinical, and technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in corporate shared services or enterprise environments supporting multiple business units
  • Strong experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies (not strictly waterfall)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, project dependencies, risks, and timelines
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with the ability to break down complex problems and communicate solutions clearly

Nice to have

  • PMP certification (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
  • Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP
