Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform projects within a structured PMO environment. Working closely with customers, stakeholders, and technical delivery teams, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong coordination across delivery teams, clear stakeholder communication, and effective management of risks, dependencies, and project milestones.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of D365 CE and Power Platform projects
  • Coordinate delivery across technical teams, stakeholders, and customers
  • Define and manage project scope, plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Ensure effective stakeholder communication and expectation management
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure projects follow PMO governance and delivery frameworks
  • Support the delivery of integrations, portals, and customer engagement solutions
  • Contribute to improving delivery processes and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience
  • Experience working in structured delivery environments or PMOs
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and delivery timelines
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches

Nice to have:

  • Experience delivering solutions in Public Sector or Financial Services
  • Understanding of portals, integrations, and Microsoft cloud technologies
  • Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or AgilePM
