Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM projects, from discovery and requirements gathering through to implementation and launch
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot
Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure full engagement throughout the project lifecycle
Confident in an Agile environment and tools such as Jira & Asana
Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
Work with cross-functional teams including development, product & customer success teams
Successfully allocate resources across the team to ensure project delivery
Take results from CRM projects to improve processes and strategies across the business
Ensure CRM solutions align with business strategy, compliance, data governance, and GDPR requirements
