Job Description:

A highly reputable Construction Consultancy firm is seeking a Project Manager to assist their London based Project Management team.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee renovations of offices, retailers, and homes along with related tenant fit-out and public realm infrastructure projects that can value up to £15m

Requirements:

Degree related to Project Management
MRICS qualified (Desirable)
At least 2 years previous experience working for a consultancy firm
Previous experience working within Office, Retail, or Residential Refurbishments (Desirable)
Understanding of commercial landlord and tenant relationships

Nice to have:

MRICS qualified
Previous experience working within Office, Retail, or Residential Refurbishments
