Job Responsibility

  • advise asset and facility management teams and external partners with expertise as an architect or civil engineer
  • management/project control of various CAPEX measures, tenant improvements and renovations of existing buildings
  • ensure smooth, timely, high-quality, and cost-effective execution of construction projects
  • coordinate and monitor external and internal planning teams, project deadlines, plan review, invoice control, and construction control
  • responsibility extends from planning phase to project handover
  • act as professional and competent contact person for customers

Requirements

  • completed degree in architecture or civil engineering, or a technical qualification
  • several years of professional experience as project managers
  • very familiar with the German construction industry
  • communicative
  • high level of commitment and entrepreneurial thinking
  • extensive construction experience
  • familiar with construction costs
  • willing to travel
  • confident and precise use of Microsoft Office
  • very good German skills (minimum C1)
  • good English skills
