Job Description:

A well-established construction consultancy based in London is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with commercial sector experience to take on a key role within a reputable construction environment. The successful Project Manager will work on a range of projects, gaining exposure to high-quality schemes while developing their career. This Project Manager role offers the chance to be involved across the full project lifecycle within a busy consultancy. The Project Manager will support and lead on projects from inception through to completion, making this an ideal opportunity for a Project Manager looking to strengthen their experience in the commercial construction sector.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering projects from early feasibility stages through to handover
  • Coordinate design teams
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Leading meetings
  • Overseeing procurement processes
  • Administering contracts (JCT)
  • Monitoring construction progress on site
  • Providing regular client reports
  • Manage project risks

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related discipline
  • Experience delivering commercial projects within the construction sector
  • Prior construction consultancy experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organised
  • Capable of managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Progress towards or achievement of MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent
