A well-established construction consultancy based in London is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. Job Responsibility:
Delivering projects from early feasibility stages through to handover
Coordinate design teams
Manage stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Leading meetings
Overseeing procurement processes
Administering contracts (JCT)
Monitoring construction progress on site
Providing regular client reports
Manage project risks
Requirements:
Degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related discipline
Experience delivering commercial projects within the construction sector
Prior construction consultancy experience
Strong communication skills
Organised
Capable of managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Progress towards or achievement of MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent
