Project Manager – Construction Consultancy

• Supporting and delivering residential projects across all stages of the project lifecycle
• Working closely with a Senior Project Manager, assisting with client advisory, programme management, and risk mitigation
• Coordinating consultants and contractors, ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders
• Managing project documentation, monitoring progress, contributing to maintaining cost and programme controls
• Playing a key client-facing role, building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of service delivery
• Involved in both pre- and post-contract duties, applying best practice project management techniques

• Prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager
• Experience delivering residential projects within a consultancy or client-side environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to confidently engage with clients and stakeholders
• Degree in a construction-related discipline
• Solid understanding of JCT contracts
• Proactive, organised, capable of working full-time across site and office locations

Progress towards or attainment of MRICS, MAPM or similar accreditation

• Exposure to a strong pipeline of residential projects
