Job Responsibility

  • Leading projects from initial brief through to completion, ensuring delivery is aligned with client expectations, programme, and budget
  • Working closely with a loyal client base, managing stakeholder relationships and providing clear, strategic advice throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, overseeing procurement processes, and monitoring project performance
  • Risk management, reporting, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practice

Requirements

  • Prior construction consultancy experience
  • Experience within a consultancy environment, with exposure to residential or mixed-use projects
  • Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Professional qualifications such as APM, PRINCE2, or working towards MRICS or MAPM are highly desirable
  • Confident communicator, capable of building strong client relationships and managing multiple projects effectively within a London-based consultancy setting
