6+ years relevant experience
P.E. Certification in the State of Hawai’i (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience using Bluebeam Revu, Civil 3D, GIS
Ability to obtain U.S. Defense Contractor Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credential

Job Responsibility

Prepare design packages including quantity calculations, cost estimates, site-specific plans, and contract documents
Inspect and audit stormwater infrastructure, review water utility assets, and conduct stormwater and drinking water sampling to ensure regulatory compliance
Manage project scope, schedule, cost, change control, progress reporting, and issue resolution
prepare and review engineering scopes of work and budgets/estimates for proposals
Analyze and manage data, prepare technical reports, interpret civil construction design and as-built plans, and provide QA/QC reviews
Provide guidance and technical leadership to junior staff

Prepare material requisitions forms (MSRs)
