Job Description

This role is accountable for supporting complex, cross-functional programs that translate strategic intent into executed outcomes. The position operates at the intersection of business operations, legal, real estate, and organizational change, supporting alignment from executive vision through project execution. This is project management role with a focus on business initiatives, operational readiness, and large-scale transformation efforts. Success requires structure, influence, and the ability to move multiple interdependent efforts forward in parallel without losing clarity or control.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs from concept through completion
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, and roadmaps across multiple workstreams
  • Define scope, objectives, success metrics, and value realization in partnership with executive stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment and coordination across all projects within the broader program
  • Partner closely with lead PM and stakeholders from various levels of the organization to prioritize initiatives and guide decision-making
  • Establish clear visibility into program goals, timelines, risks, and tradeoffs
  • Facilitate discussions that drive clarity, alignment, and timely decisions
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, real estate, HR, finance, legal and related functions

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project and/or program management experience in business or operations environments
  • Proven experience supporting complex, multi-workstream programs with executive visibility
  • Experience supporting real estate, facilities, or location-based initiatives preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage interdependent projects as a cohesive program
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and execution
  • Advanced skills in planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
  • Experience developing business cases, managing budgets, and tracking value realization
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to operate with autonomy, manage ambiguity, and drive accountability without direct authority
