As a Project Management Trainee, you will play a key role in managing strategic company projects within the Urban Gym Group. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, governance, and reporting while working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams. You will ensure that project delivery aligns with organizational standards, timelines, and objectives to support the growth of our dynamic organization. Work closely with a broad range of business teams, gaining direct exposure to decision-making across the organization, while contributing to cross-functional and strategic initiatives that provide end-to-end business insight.
Job Responsibility:
Support our different departments in planning, executing, and managing projects
Maintain and update project documentation, such as project plans, schedules, and status reports
Track progress against project milestones and deliverables
Support the implementation of PMO processes, tools, and templates to ensure consistency across projects
Assist in enforcing compliance with organizational project management methodologies
Gather, analyze, and compile project data to create insightful reports and dashboards in Monday.com
Highlight potential risks and issues in project performance to stakeholders
Support resource allocation by maintaining resource availability and utilization reports
Help coordinate the onboarding of team members to projects
Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders
Schedule and document key project meetings, including minutes and follow-ups
Participate in training sessions to develop your understanding of project management principles and PMO practices
Provide suggestions to improve PMO tools and workflows based on observations and experience
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or Monday)
An analytical mindset with attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a proactive attitude
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
