Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting or project/portfolio management
fundamental understanding of IT implementation and transformation methodologies and techniques
a university degree in IT management, business administration, computer science, or equivalent professional experience
strong communication and interpersonal skills
proficiency in English is essential
knowledge of German is a plus
self-motivated with proactive problem-solving abilities
experience in a multinational organization is advantageous
demonstrated success in managing complex IT projects, preferably within the Financial Services sector
proven leadership capabilities with a dynamic approach to driving team commitment and fostering long-term, trusted relationships with stakeholders
extensive knowledge of project management practices, methods, and tools, with a track record of delivering projects in a Scaled Agile environment
strong commercial acumen and business awareness, with a comprehensive understanding of relevant systems and processes, and the ability to propose innovative solutions and initiatives
high level of technology awareness, including systems, technologies, and development cycles
experience working within Agile (Scrum) methodologies
excellent collaboration, teamwork, and team management skills, with the ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment as well as independently
exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
ability to provide leadership and guidance to development teams
proficient in stakeholder management
experience in transformation projects is required
