Job Description:

Lead and develop a team of program/project managers, oversee project execution, collaborate with key stakeholders, manage change initiatives, allocate resources, and foster talent development to meet strategic objectives within Global Payments & Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and develop a team of individuals associated with highly complex projects
Engage and influence more experienced leadership and major stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives for programs or projects
Identify and recommend opportunities for high level strategies on business, product, customer service needs
Determine appropriate strategy and actions of change management team to meet performance objectives
Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Requirements:

6+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of management or leadership experience
Treasury management/transaction banking or related experience
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Commercial Banking and/or Corporate Investment Banking product delivery experience
Ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage change effectively
Experience in managing large-scale projects including experience presenting and providing project and portfolio updates to executive audiences

Nice to have:

Treasury management/transaction banking or related experience
Commercial Banking and/or Corporate Investment Banking product delivery experience
Ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage change effectively
