Job Responsibility

  • Lead CPI Delivery teams manage CPI releases
  • Drive migration progress and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner on migration strategies and execution
  • Follow up on OE action items and ensure documentation completion
  • Communicate deadlines for operating model, UAT, and milestones
  • Organize kick-off meetings and document interdependencies
  • Align and manage sprints for development, UAT, and decommissioning
  • Track migration status and update working groups
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment on OE-specific tasks
  • Create migration status slides for project updates, SteerCos and conferences
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner for accurate and comprehensive reporting
  • Document actions in a tracker and ensure timely completion of tasks by all stakeholders
  • Coordinate with the Product Owner to ensure alignment and progress
  • Organize workshops for OE integration alignment and follow-ups
  • Engage with the Product Owner to ensure workshop objectives are met
  • Update Connect pages and utilize various communication channels to disseminate information
  • Support the Product Owner in crafting and delivering key messages
  • Implement PMO processes, support planning, risk management, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to adapt PMO activities to project needs

Requirements

  • 8-10 years experience
  • BE BTech MCA
  • Past experience on CPI, strong understanding of CPI delivery
  • Comprehensive Project Management (Tools) Proficiency: Experience in driving technical projects and ensuring project deliverables, Experience with JIRA for tracking progress and PowerPoint for creating presentations and documentation
  • Comprehensive Stakeholder Communication and Coordination: Strong skills in coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring effective communication across different organizational levels
  • Workshop Facilitation: Skills in organizing and facilitating workshops to achieve project objectives and productive outcomes
  • Change Management and Migration Strategy: Experience in driving migration progress and executing strategies in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders
  • Documentation and Reporting: Ability to create accurate documentation and reports, including action trackers and management meeting slides
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Boomi, or SAP systems is ideal, particularly in integrating global HR platforms with local non-HR and payroll solutions
  • Skills in requirements engineering and handling technical solution finding, especially in the context of integrating global HR platforms with local systems
  • High-level understanding of IT integration and architecture topics to support alignment and execution of migration strategies
