Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
2-5 years of proven experience in managing large-scale IT transition/handover projects, ideally within a managed services environment
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Proven proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) and their practical application
Expertise in using project management tools for planning, tracking, risk management, and reporting
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and service delivery models
Familiarity with different transition approaches and methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide distributed teams, manage conflicts, and drive consensus
Proven ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex issues, develop creative solutions, and make sound decisions
