Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB: Establish and oversee governance frameworks to ensure effective management and delivery of Business Excellence and site-level projects. Develop and manage project templates, trackers, schedules, and reporting mechanisms. Ensure standardization and consistency across project management processes. Track progress of all projects under governance, including Site Master Plan, Lean/Six Sigma, and One Plan initiatives. Monitor timelines, milestones, risks, and action items. Escalate delays or issues through the appropriate governance channels. Prepare concise weekly and monthly progress reports and consolidate updates from workstream leads. Support preparation for leadership reviews, tier meetings, and project discussions.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management or PMO support
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma projects
  • Experience with generative AI tools
  • Diploma or degree in operations, business, engineering, or equivalent experience
  • English fluent
  • Demonstrates strong coordination and communication skills
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
