Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and support multiple projects across departments, ensuring deliverables are tracked and completed on time
  • Facilitate working sessions and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, align on goals, and clarify scope
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including timelines, meeting notes, process maps, and status reports
  • Identify and document current business processes
  • collaborate with teams to recommend improvements and efficiencies
  • Assist in the rollout of new tools, systems, or processes, supporting training, communications, and adoption efforts
  • Monitor progress of initiatives, flag risks or issues, and support mitigation planning in partnership with project leads
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for projects, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and resources
  • Contribute to building standardized templates, tools, and best practices to enhance project execution

Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in a project coordination, project support, or process improvement role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Communications, or related field
  • Certification in project management (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with stakeholders at various levels
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com
  • Ability to create process documentation and flowcharts using tools like Visio, Lucid chart, etc.
  • Exposure to formal project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
  • Experience in change management, training, or internal communications is helpful
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for improving how work gets done
