Project Management Officer with French position at Inetum, a European leader in digital services, focusing on organizing committees, preparing reports, managing financial aspects, and contributing to program KPIs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Organize and prepare the different internal and external committees
  • Prepare meetings agendas and deliver meetings minutes
  • Prepare reporting decks with defined KPIs: financial, planning, sourcing, delivery, quality
  • Actively participate to the transitions and sourcing follow up
  • Contribute to the Program KPIs consolidation and dashboards
  • Manage the financial aspects of the project, challenge the figures
  • Control the financial and invoicing process and penalties
  • Understand the project management and delivery management processes and ask delivery managers and project managers to apply the corporate rules
  • Participate in the cybersecurity campaigns to raise statuses and follow ups

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Project Management
  • Project management, change management, risk management, data analysis, and industry knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or engineering
  • Fluent speaking in English and French

Nice to have:

PMP or PRINCE2 certification
