We are seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist to join our SCM Transformation Office in Budapest. This role supports strategic alignment across digital projects by managing roadmaps, demand pipelines, and benefit tracking. The individual will optimise resource utilisation, oversee financials, and contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO standards and processes. The role requires strong project management, financial acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and manage the digital project roadmap and demand pipeline
Support project proposal preparation and benefit tracking
Track resource utilisation and forecast capacity needs
Manage external workforce ordering and ensure alignment with demand
Deliver financial oversight including cost pipeline, commitments, actuals, licences, and long-range planning
Drive PMO growth through internal alignment, standards development, and process improvement
Requirements:
3+ years of project-related experience
Certified in project management methodologies such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, AgilePM®, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
Skilled in project portfolio management, governance, and delivery frameworks
Experienced in budget tracking, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI
An effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
