Job Responsibility

  • Performs the common tasks for the efficient plant management (e.g., comparative review of budget, maintenance work, procurement work)
  • Facilitates to generate Kaizen ideas and implements/manages the new projects
  • Improve and standardize plant management quality, including troubleshooting, emergency response, and irregular operational support
  • Share lessons learned, trouble cases, and near miss cases (Yokoten) across all sites to improve operational and maintenance performance
  • Establishes the standardized work procedures for the plant management (e.g., Alarm list/action plan in the case of trouble or emergency, Maintenance/inspection/spare parts of critical equipment/items)
  • Establishes the standardized HR development plan (e.g., on-the-job training and assessment to improve operators's O&M skill and PM/PE/OL's plant management skill)
  • Lead and standardize maintenance management activities across all plant sites, including maintenance planning, CMMS utilization, maintenance procedures, and maintenance best practices
  • Manage and support Maintenance Engineering Team to improve plant reliability, operational efficiency, maintenance quality, and maintenance cost effectiveness
  • Oversee major maintenance activities, troubleshooting support, corrective/preventive actions, and breakdown maintenance to minimize plant downtime and operational risks
  • Develop and improve maintenance systems, maintenance programs, manuals, inspection standards, and spare parts management to support stable and sustainable plant operation
  • Support project and plant management activities by providing maintenance engineering support for project development, commissioning, engineering review, and operational readiness activities
