The Process Engineer is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Job Responsibility:
Define tasks' scope and deliverables that support project goals in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and maintain project trackers and plans and associated communications documents
Communicate effectively project expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
Manage expectations with team members and other stakeholders
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Plan and schedule project milestones using appropriate tools
Track main project milestones and deliverables
Deliver and maintain progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
Analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
Manage changes in project scope, identifying potential crises
Define project success criteria
Build and develop business relationships vital to the success of the project
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Requirements:
5+ years experience in bank services
Experience on Business Requirements Document (BRD) creation
Experience on workflow solutions, SAS and exposure to AI
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts as well as deal effectively with senior leaders from all functional backgrounds on all aspects of business operations
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
