The Chief Operating Office Business Execution team drives Markets wide business initiatives. Collaborating with Markets leadership and functional partners (Finance, Risk, Technology, HR), our responsibilities include: Business Management: Business reviews, planning, and strategy risk management; Expense Management: Transaction and market data cost management; Human Capital: Development and risk management. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Vice President to join the team, focusing on Transaction and Market Data Costs. This role is a unique opportunity to lead initiatives, project management and data analytics to drive business profitability and optimize market data and transaction-related expenses. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and communication skills, a strong sense of ownership and focus on execution, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This demanding role requires quick adaptation, continuous learning, effective management of multiple deliverables, and strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for interaction with senior traders.
