Project Management Lead, VP (Hybrid)

Citi’s Risk Management organization oversees risk-taking activities and assesses risks and issues independently of the front line units. We establish and maintain the enterprise risk management framework that ensures the ability to consistently identify, measure, monitor, control and report material aggregate risks. This role needs strong Risk Domain and Subject Matter expertise in Traded (Market and Counterparty Credit Risk) or Non-Traded Risk experience. Also, this not a generic project manager role. This needs strategic thinking coupled with Risk Domain Knowledge and experience priori in Run-The-Bank Roles. The role holder should have experience in change management, business analysis and even better if has a flair for simplification of processes. The Project Lead is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
