The Project Management Lead, Spain is a senior role responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-impact brand partnership campaigns across media, sponsorships and live events in the local market. Combining hands-on project leadership with team management and client servicing, this role ensures complex campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative and operational standards. Acting as a trusted partner to Sales, Creative, and Production teams, the PM Lead drives collaboration from pitch through execution, builds strong client relationships, and champions operational excellence while developing a high-performing local PM team.
Job Responsibility:
Team Management: Lead and mentor the local PM team, assigning projects, balancing workloads, and driving individual development. Maintain and elevate the team's reputation for operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Campaign Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of some of our largest, primarily local brand partnership projects - both media and event-led. Coordinate cross-departmental teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations.
Client Services: Act as the primary day-to-day contact for key clients, ensuring smooth communication and best-in-class service throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively identify upsell opportunities and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Strategy: Collaborate with Sales, Creative Strategists, Branded Content, and Fever Originals teams to develop creative and commercially viable campaign concepts. Contribute to brainstorms, proposal development, and media plan creation that align with client objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Pitches: Confidently present ways of working, budgets, and timelines to clients during pitches, demonstrating deep understanding of both creative and operational considerations.
Production: Lead production of events and shoots, managing vendors, and planning & overseeing operations at the event itself. Feature in video content as on-screen talent when required.
Reporting and Analysis: Deliver insightful campaign reporting, translating data into meaningful narratives and actionable recommendations. Support team PMs in interpreting results and identifying optimization opportunities.
Team Development: Stay informed on tools, competitor activity, and industry trends. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders to evolve tools and processes that enhance delivery efficiency and impact.
Requirements:
8+ Years in a relevant role, ideally media owner/agency or creative/digital agency
Experience both conceptualizing and delivering complex, cross-media campaigns
Extensive client-facing experience
Experience in people management
Experience in planning/producing consumer-facing events
Experience in building attractive, client-facing decks
Excellent strategic and analytical skills and ability to create engaging stories out of data
Good knowledge of the global media, advertising and social landscape
Passionate about branded content and innovative ideas
Excellent numeracy & literacy skills as well as communication & negotiation skills (both oral and written)
Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
Confident self-starter and comfortable working through new situations, with a problem-solving attitude
Confidence in establishing and developing new relationships
Team player
Fluency in English
Ideally comfortable being on camera (we often feature in our own social media videos)
