Job Description:

We are seeking a delivery-focused IT infrastructure professional to plan and deliver cost‑effective, scalable, and operationally robust infrastructure solutions aligned to global IT strategy and standards. This role operates within Global Delivery Centre (GDC) teams, supporting projects from early design through to operational handover, ensuring quality, compliance, and readiness for live service in a complex, international environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage assigned infrastructure delivery workloads within the Project Delivery and Build function, ensuring priorities, timelines, and quality standards are met
  • Initiate and manage project delivery in line with established delivery management frameworks and governance standards
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of servers, storage, networking, security, databases, middleware, and related infrastructure components
  • Manage procurement and availability of hardware and software in line with agreed implementation schedules
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to project tracking tools, reports, and configuration management databases
  • Coordinate change, risk, and escalation management through appropriate governance channels
  • Deliver projects in alignment with PRINCE2-based project management practices, including controls, reporting, and stakeholder communication
  • Lead operational readiness and acceptance activities, working closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service transition
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality controls, delivery standards, and change management processes
  • Review existing delivery processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support implementation of agreed enhancements across delivery teams

Requirements:

  • An experienced IT delivery or infrastructure project professional with hands-on exposure to data centre and enterprise infrastructure implementations
  • Skilled in coordinating cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams to deliver complex outcomes
  • Knowledgeable in IT service management practices, including ITIL-aligned processes
  • Comfortable working within structured project management frameworks such as PRINCE2
  • Confident in communicating with technical teams, service partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Experienced in operating within large, international, and service‑driven environments
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to document, present, and collaborate effectively
