We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Management Intern to assist the Adoption Team in supporting the execution of the Finance Learning Transformation journey. The intern will report to the PMO. Internship has to be under "internship agreement" and will start in June/July 2026, for 6 months. The internship is based in La Défense, Courbevoie.
Job Responsibility:
Project Coordination: Assist in formalizing training deliverables
Support in preparing and maintaining project documentation (plans, reports, timelines)
Update project management tools with progress and status reports
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items
Content and Training Management: Help gather and organize existing finance training materials
Assist in mapping and aligning training materials with business processes
Support the updates and organization of training content into Degreed
Help ensure training materials are easily accessible and user-friendly
Participate in the digitalization of learning materials using AI
Support in documenting all design and methodology deliverables
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, HR, etc.)
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership
Track feedback from stakeholders and assist in addressing concerns
Data Analysis and Reporting: Support in analyzing data related to training effectiveness (engagement rates, feedback)
Help prepare regular reports on project status and training outcomes
Assist in evaluating the success of the training modules post-launch
Continuous Improvement: Research best practices in digital learning and process optimization
Help develop strategies for the continuous update of training content
Help and contribute on ad-hoc projects or subjects depending on the period of the internship
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Master degree in Business, Corporate Finance, or related fields
Strong curiosity and openness to learn
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
French and English languages are mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented, with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Nice to have:
Italian represents a plus
SAP would be a plus
Experience with project management tools is a plus
Previous internship or coursework in project management, training, or finance is a plus
