Job Responsibility

Support the day-to-day financial project operations of a large, multi-country transformation project under the guidance of the Finance Project Manager
Assist in the preparation, collection and initial review of financial reporting packs received from country teams, ensuring completeness, consistency and compliance with instructions
Help coordinate inputs across central and country finance teams, tracking submissions, follow-ups and open items
Maintain project tracking tools (timelines, status trackers, issue logs, action lists) and support regular progress monitoring
Support the documentation of reporting assumptions, basis of preparation and methodologies used within the project
Respond to routine accounting and reporting queries from country teams, escalating more complex topics to the Project Manager
Assist in the preparation of project status updates, materials and summaries for internal meetings and governance forums
