The Dornan Project Management graduate programme allows participants to take on responsibility on live projects and develop skills that will be vital to their future success. Under the guidance and mentorship of an experienced project manager, graduates will learn the fundamentals of how Dornan deliver a project, with structured placements in departments such as engineering, planning, quality, safety and commercial. Graduates will also undertake formal training including people leadership, mechanical and electrical systems, construction safety, project lifecycle and contracts, digital tools, project financials, and cost control. This programme offers candidates the opportunity to build their experience, including working as an area owner in a live project, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, running internal project meetings, and participating in client interactions. After completion of the programme, participants will be able to lead their own project.
