Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex international wholesale telecom projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy, customer expectations, and contractual commitments across multi-country, multi-vendor environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead full project lifecycle (initiation → planning → execution → closure)
  • Ensure delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality targets
  • Align project execution with company strategy and contractual commitments
  • Maintain strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder transparency
  • Define project scope, milestones, and delivery roadmap
  • Create, maintain, and adapt detailed project plans
  • Identify, allocate, and manage resources and roles
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (network, IT, operations, vendors)
  • Act as single point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage communication across international and multicultural environments
  • Ensure regular reporting to senior management and customers
  • Maintain strong alignment with sales, account teams, and partners
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Lead change request evaluation (feasibility, impact, approval)
  • Take or escalate critical decisions to ensure progress
  • Drive mitigation plans to protect delivery timelines
  • Ensure successful delivery of telecom/network solutions, including: Fiber & Metro Ethernet, MPLS & IP Transit, DWDM (optical transport), Radiolink (microwave)
  • Coordinate solution validation with engineering and operations teams
  • Ensure service readiness, testing, and handover
  • Monitor project financials (costs, revenue impact, efficiency)
  • Ensure optimal resource utilization and delivery efficiency
  • Track KPIs and contribute to customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT)
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned
  • Drive service and process improvements
  • Support standardization and operational excellence initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or related field
  • Preferably combined with management/project management education
  • Proven experience in IT / Telecom project management
  • Strong background in international / cross-border projects
  • Experience in Wholesale telecom services delivery preferred
  • Solid knowledge of: Fiber infrastructure & Metro Ethernet, MPLS / IP networking, DWDM & optical transport, Radiolink / microwave solutions
  • Good understanding of: Cloud & Security services (enterprise solutions)
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
  • Strong leadership and ownership mindset
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional and multicultural teams
  • High stakeholder management and negotiation capability
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
