Job Description:

Citi Belfast is one of the largest employers in Northern Ireland with a diverse and talented team of over 4000 people. The Project Management Execution & Coordination Lead ensures effective project management structures for ISG Data Solutions, including overseeing project structures, data reconciliations, issue remediation, and regulatory tagging guidance. The role also includes representation in forums and policy implementation.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee Project Tracking System (PTS) program structure and hierarchies
Ensure appropriate linkages between projects and investments and perform monitoring routines to ensure data quality of linkages
Establish and implement reconciliation processes and reporting to enhance PTS data quality and remediate issues
Represent ISG Data Solutions in transformation, investment, and project management forums
Oversee tagging procedures and routines to ring fence projects for financial and regulatory reporting
Produce Project Manager and Senior Management Team project management scorecards

Requirements:

Relevant experience in a project management or financial oversight role
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master's degree
