Define, implement, validate, and document all processes related to blade manufacturing
Develop optimized process flows to ensure resource efficiency and eliminate backflow (Pull System)

Define tooling requirements, validate tools, and hand over to Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Safety teams
Conduct material trials to reduce blade manufacturing costs
Monitor curing processes and implement cycle time (CT) improvements
Work closely with the Process Senior Manager to develop and implement process improvement initiatives
Develop continuous improvement projects to enhance CT, man-hours, waste reduction, material consumption, power, water, and 3M (Man, Machine, Material)
