Job Description:

As a Project Management Degree Apprentice at AWE, you will have the opportunity to support an array of mission critical projects, exploring your own set of skills and discovering where your passion lies, while also working towards a Bachelor’s Degree. You could support a variety of projects in our core programme, our infrastructure projects or supporting programmes which ensure AWE’s future capability and growth.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Five GCSE’s at Grade 4/C or above to include Maths and English

  • or BTEC Extended Diploma at MMM
  • Applicants must be aged 18 or over, as of 1st April 2026
  • You’ll need to be a British Citizen for security clearance

  • Act as a technical lead for the Risk team ensuring the implementation of Risk specific processes and framework
  • Follow all governance arrangements for the Risk team providing effective reporting of Risk and Opportunity information in a timely and accurate manner, supporting others to achieve the same results
  • Manage the delivery of specific contracts which range in value from £10m to £500m
