Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in Pensacola, FL. In this role, you will provide strategic consulting services to support a specific market or client account, ensuring business objectives are met effectively. This position requires onsite presence and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage project activities to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals
  • Facilitate the closing of assigned projects, ensuring all deliverables are met and processes are finalized
  • Provide expert consulting services to clients, helping them achieve strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource needs
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to overcome challenges
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety standards, including drug testing requirements
  • Communicate project updates and outcomes effectively to all relevant parties

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with 3-10 years of relevant work history
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software
  • Demonstrated ability to provide consulting services and drive business objectives
  • Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements
  • Must be able to work onsite in Toms River, New Jersey
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and provide effective solutions to challenges
