We are seeking a skilled Project Management Consultant to lead and oversee various projects, ensuring they meet budgetary, scheduling, and safety objectives. Based in Juno Beach, Florida, this long-term contract position involves managing construction activities and coordinating efforts between contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor project productivity, adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols
  • Conduct inspections of planned work, verify design compliance for completed tasks, and review contractor payment submissions
  • Evaluate project constructability, allocate resources effectively, assess field progress, and address emerging issues
  • Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and local community representatives
  • Oversee scope management, budget tracking, technical issue resolution, performance reporting, and progress scheduling
  • Act as a liaison with landowners, local regulators, and state agencies to ensure smooth project execution
  • Promote safety practices, procedural compliance, lessons learned, corrective actions, and attention to detail among team members and contractors
  • Coordinate activities related to safety programs, engineering tasks, construction processes, budget management, data analysis, and contract administration
  • Facilitate communication with the project’s management committee to ensure alignment and progress
  • Handle additional responsibilities as required to support project success

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and construction processes
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles and safety guidelines
  • Experience in contract administration and vendor coordination
  • Ability to manage complex projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in performance reporting and resource allocation
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards throughout all phases of the project
