Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Consultant to lead and oversee various projects, ensuring they meet budgetary, scheduling, and safety objectives. Based in Juno Beach, Florida, this long-term contract position involves managing construction activities and coordinating efforts between contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Responsibility

Monitor project productivity, adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols
Conduct inspections of planned work, verify design compliance for completed tasks, and review contractor payment submissions
Evaluate project constructability, allocate resources effectively, assess field progress, and address emerging issues
Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and local community representatives
Oversee scope management, budget tracking, technical issue resolution, performance reporting, and progress scheduling
Act as a liaison with landowners, local regulators, and state agencies to ensure smooth project execution
Promote safety practices, procedural compliance, lessons learned, corrective actions, and attention to detail among team members and contractors
Coordinate activities related to safety programs, engineering tasks, construction processes, budget management, data analysis, and contract administration
Facilitate communication with the project’s management committee to ensure alignment and progress
Handle additional responsibilities as required to support project success

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related field
Proven expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and construction processes
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and safety guidelines
Experience in contract administration and vendor coordination
Ability to manage complex projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in performance reporting and resource allocation
Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards throughout all phases of the project
