Job Description

Project Management is a bridge of both external (suppliers) and internal (Client Servicing Team) parties. This role provides learning opportunity of using different platform such as Dimension, NIPO, Quartics etc. as well as using specialist knowledge of entire project flow including project setup, fieldwork methodology, quality control and data preparation to advise on the best approach for operation to ensure high quality data is delivered to client.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring that project managers are provided with appropriate levels of support to facilitate the timely execution of project services
  • Effectively and efficiently perform appropriate planning, data management to ensure quality and accuracy of data and reports
  • Day to day involvement with projects from study setup, implementation to complete
  • Actively seek learning opportunities, take every opportunity to develop self, through formal and informal training or learning
  • Ensure projects are done within budgeted time and cost

Requirements

  • University degree holder, fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Ability to communicate and co-ordinate effectively between external suppliers (local and overseas suppliers) and different internal teams according to the requirements of internal clients to ensure smooth project flow and high quality
  • Willingness to accept responsibility and accountability for work
  • A strong passion in learning, organized and detail oriented with logical mindset
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Proficiency level of computer application (Word, Excel), knowledge of using Excel VBA and survey platform – Dimension, NIPO, Qualtrics etc. is a plus but not a must
